EHCP Draft Document Review Service

We will check a draft EHCP to give feedback on its quality and legality. Our detailed review will show what a legal EHCP should include, and where yours may not meet the requirements.

Paying special attention to sections B (Educational Needs), F (Educational Provision) and I (Placement), our EHCP review service will highlight any part that require more detail, information that is lacking and areas that need quantifying or amending.

You can then go back to the LA and tell them about the problems with the draft plan.
