We would love to be considered for the Spirit of Salford Community Awards 2025 - please vote for us in the category of ‘Best Child Friendly Project’.
SEND Matters is a not-for-profit advocacy organization founded by two mums who are living and navigating the complex world of special educational needs.
These dedicated (& often weary!) women, who are also parents to children with special needs, became experts in SEND law out of necessity to fight against injustices and inadequate decisions made by local authorities regarding their children's education and well-being.
Through many hours of research and training, they honed their skills to successfully challenge bad decisions and local authority maladministration.
Leveraging their personal experiences, knowledge and legal training, SEND Matters offer a comprehensive advocacy service, along with free tips, strategies, and support - to help others facing similar obstacles in the SEND arena.
With an unblemished track record of victories, SEND Matters guide families in need, using straightforward advice.
SEND Matters
SEND Matters works independently with schools and organizations to help you help your child, providing clear advice and busting myths about SEND.
